Ordering online from Zee & Zaa is a short, plain process with no account to make and nothing to pay upfront. Here is the whole thing, from the product page to the abaya in your hands.
Open any product page, look at the real photos, choose your size by height using the size guide, and add it to the cart. Every piece is Rs. 6,800, so there is no price to compare between them.
At checkout you give a name, a phone number that will be answered, and a full address with a nearby landmark. You do not enter a card. Nothing is charged when you place the order.
We finish, check and pack your abaya in 1 to 2 working days, hand it to TCS, Leopards or Postex, and send you a tracking number by WhatsApp or email.
The parcel reaches you in 3 to 7 working days, depending on your city. Open it at your door, check the abaya and the size label, and pay Rs. 6,800 in cash to the rider. If it is wrong, refuse it and pay nothing.
What you actually pay
Search an abaya on a big marketplace and the number you see is rarely the number you pay. A listing that reads low is often a thin, unlined piece, and the real total climbs once a delivery charge, a Cash on Delivery fee and sometimes a return-shipping cost are added at the end. Two listings of the same photo can also carry two different prices, because the photo has been copied by resellers who never made the garment.
We do it the other way round. One silhouette, a handful of shades, and a single flat Rs. 6,800 that already includes the matching hijab, free delivery and free Cash on Delivery. The price on the product page is the price at your door. It is not a sale that resets next week and it is not a starting figure that grows at checkout. The practical part
Cash on Delivery means no card, no bank transfer and no advance anywhere in Pakistan. You pay Rs. 6,800 in cash to the rider once the parcel is open in front of you. There is no fee for using it and no delivery charge on top, so the amount you hand over is the amount on the product page and nothing more. The one thing you cannot try on when you buy online is the fit, so we cut loose through the body and let you size by height instead of by chest and waist measurements. The size guide maps your height to S, M, L or XL, and reading it first is why most orders never need an exchange.
An order reaches you in 3 to 7 working days, depending on your city. That is 1 to 2 working days for us to finish and pack the abaya in Multan, then the courier transit time on your city lane. Multan is the fastest; the far cities take the longest. The working-day window for each city is on the delivery page.
