7-day size exchange
Zee & Zaa exchanges an abaya for a different size within 7 days of the delivery date, as long as it comes back unworn. Email Zeeandzaaabayas@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need, and the replacement is sent from Multan. There is no restocking charge and no price difference, because every size costs the same Rs. 6,800.
How to start an exchange

Email us within 7 days
Write to Zeeandzaaabayas@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Put your order number in the subject line so it reaches the right parcel.

Tell us the size you need
Say which size you received and which one you want instead, and give us your height without shoes. That last detail is what stops a second exchange.

Send the abaya back to Multan
Pack it with the tags on, unwashed and unworn, and send it to the return address we reply with. We confirm the moment it reaches us.

We send the replacement
The new size leaves our Multan studio once the original arrives and passes the same check every abaya gets before it is packed.
What counts as unworn?
Unworn means the tags are still attached, the abaya has not been washed, and it carries no perfume, deodorant, makeup or hair-oil marks. Keep the original packing if you can, though a plain replacement bag is fine. Trying it on over your clothes to check the length is exactly what the 7 days are for, and it does not count as wearing it.
When do the 7 days start?
The 7 days start on the delivery date, not the order date, and not the dispatch date. That is the day the courier hands you the parcel, which is the date on your tracking record. Email us on or before day 7 and you are inside the window, even if the abaya reaches Multan a few days later.
What if the wrong item or a damaged item arrives?
Do not accept it. Cash on Delivery means you open the parcel at your door before you pay, so if the shade, the size or the condition is not what you ordered, hand it straight back to the rider and pay nothing. If you only notice later, email Zeeandzaaabayas@gmail.com with a photo and we replace it. A fault on our side is never your cost.
Why do you exchange sizes but not refund?
We are a small label cutting in small runs, and a returned abaya cannot go back into stock as new, so we exchange sizes rather than refund. That is an honest trade for a flat Rs. 6,800 with free delivery and no advance payment. Cash on Delivery already protects you at the point that matters, because you see the abaya before any money changes hands.
