The policy

How Cash on Delivery works

Cash on Delivery means you pay nothing until the parcel is in your hands. There is no card, no bank transfer and no advance, anywhere in Pakistan. We stitch your order in Multan, hand it to TCS, Leopards or Postex, and you pay Rs. 6,800 in cash to the rider once you have opened the parcel and seen the abaya.

  1. Order without paying anything

    Pick your size and shade, then leave your name, phone number and address. No card, no bank transfer, no advance.

  2. We stitch, check and pack

    Your abaya is finished and inspected in our Multan studio, then packed with its matching hijab in one parcel.

  3. You get a tracking number

    As soon as the parcel leaves us we send the tracking number by WhatsApp or email. You can follow it on our track page.

  4. Open it, then pay the rider

    The rider brings the parcel to your door. Open it, look at the abaya, and hand over Rs. 6,800 in cash. Delivery itself is free.

How long an order takes

A Zee & Zaa order reaches you in 3 to 7 working days across Pakistan, depending on your city. Allow 1 to 2 working days for us to finish, check and pack the abaya in Multan, then the courier transit time on your city lane. Multan itself is the fastest at 1 to 2 working days. Quetta is the longest at 4 to 5.

The 7-day size exchange

7-day size exchange on unworn abayas. Email Zeeandzaaabayas@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need, and we will arrange the swap. The abaya must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packing. Read the size guide first and most exchanges never need to happen. The full exchange policy sets out the exact conditions.

Orders outside Pakistan

We ship worldwide, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK and the USA. Cash on Delivery is a Pakistan-only service, so international shipping and payment are arranged by email or Instagram DM after you place the order. Which courier will deliver my abaya?

Zee & Zaa parcels ship with TCS, Leopards or Postex, whichever runs the fastest Cash on Delivery lane to your city from Multan. We choose the courier when we pack, so you do not have to. The tracking number we send you names the courier, and every one of them delivers to your door rather than to a pickup point.

Can I open the parcel before I pay the rider?

Yes. Open the parcel at your door, look at the abaya and check the size on the label before you hand over any money. That is the whole point of Cash on Delivery. If it is not what you ordered, you can refuse the parcel there and then and you will not have paid anything.

What happens if I am not home when the rider arrives?

The courier will call the phone number on your order and try again, usually the next working day. Most couriers make up to three attempts before returning a parcel to us. Give a number that will be answered and a landmark near your address, and if you miss a call, ring the courier back on the number in your tracking message.

Do you charge a delivery fee anywhere in Pakistan?

No. Delivery is free to every address in Pakistan, so one abaya costs Rs. 6,800 at your door and nothing more. There is no fuel charge, no remote-area surcharge and no Cash on Delivery handling fee. The price you see on the product page is exactly the amount you hand to the rider.

How do I track my parcel after it ships?

You get a tracking number by WhatsApp or email as soon as your parcel leaves our Multan studio. Enter your order number on the Zee & Zaa track page to see its current status, or use the tracking number directly on the courier's own website. Tracking usually starts updating within a few hours of dispatch.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Yes, if the parcel has not left us yet. Email Zeeandzaaabayas@gmail.com with your order number and the new address as soon as you can. Once a parcel is with the courier the address can sometimes still be corrected within the same city, but a change between cities usually means the parcel comes back to us first.
