Fabric and finish
The Rose Aura Abaya is made in luxury flowy crepe, cut and finished by karigars in our Multan workshop. Both fabrics we use are opaque by design, so coverage never depends on what you wear underneath, and both come back from a wash without needing to be fought with an iron.
Rose Aura is a muted, dusty rose rather than a bright pink, and the difference matters in daylight. Outdoors the grey in it comes forward and it reads almost as a warm taupe with a pink cast, which is what keeps it from looking girlish on an adult. Indoors, under yellow light, the pink returns and it warms noticeably. It is the shade we recommend most often to anyone who has decided black is too heavy for daytime but does not want to go as pale as ivory. Hijab tones that work are ivory, soft cream, deep maroon for contrast, and charcoal if you want the whole look pulled down. Rose gold and gold both sit well with it; silver reads cold against the warm base. It is made for daytime events, mehndis and dawats where the light is natural and the colour has room to breathe. It is also, as a piece of fabric, the lightest drape in the collection, which is why it leads on our humid-city pages.

How the Rose Aura Abaya fits
Order the Rose Aura Abaya by your height, not your dress size. Up to 5 feet 2 inches takes S, 5 feet 3 to 5 feet 5 takes M, 5 feet 6 to 5 feet 8 takes L, and 5 feet 9 and above takes XL. The body is cut loose through the chest and hip, so height is the only measurement that changes the fit. Every size is Rs. 6,800.

Is the Rose Aura Abaya opaque, or does it need a slip underneath?
The Rose Aura Abaya is opaque as it comes and needs nothing underneath it. It is cut in luxury flowy crepe, which is lined or dense enough to stay solid in daylight, so what you wear under it is your own clothes rather than an extra slip. If you hold any abaya against a bare bulb you will see the weave, which is true of every fabric and is not the test.
Does the hijab come with the Rose Aura Abaya?

Is the waist belt in the photos included?
No. The belt in the Rose Aura Abaya photographs is styling only and is not in the parcel. What ships is the abaya and its matching hijab and niqab. We say so plainly because a belt in a photo is the single most common thing customers expect to find in the box and do not.
